Charitable initiatives

We see pride and hope when people stand beside others for a more inclusive world. Our model is an anomaly among diversity and inclusion professionals; we tie together traditional business strategy and consulting with research technology and data analysis, develop academic and workplace learning solutions – and bring social purpose to our charitable activities.

We are committed to those who support us to inspire and lead positive social change in Canadian schools, communities and workplaces. Click below to learn more about our charitable initiatives.

  • See Different: In-school diversity learning for youth.

  • #EndTheBan: Campaign to change blood services from prohibiting men who have sex with men from donating blood.
  • Talking ASL: Online directory promoting inclusion for people who are deaf and hard of hearing in Canada, focused on services that might engage their friends, families and the people they work with.
