We have seen how planning for diversity has opened doors for change and share a vision of an inclusive society and economy shaped by our diversity, for a stronger Canada.
Our diversity solutions, research, data analytics and events help Canadian organizations understand their diversity, plan for it and create inclusion. We have developed a diversity research technology that sheds light on Canadian demographics and brings a deeper understanding of mindsets now, shaping solutions that address the unique needs of each workplace and make our topic-specific reports and toolkits relevant.
Our charitable initiatives flow from the gaps we see between needs and resources, the dots that we can connect. Over the last year we have engaged corporate partners to encourage fundraising for Syrian refugees, reached out to the broader community about the ban by blood services on gay men giving blood, moved a student program about diversity into high schools and created an online directory to cultivate more inclusion for people who are deaf and hard of hearing, by offering resources for their friends, families and those working with them.
