We see pride and hope when people stand beside others for a more inclusive world. Our model is an anomaly among diversity and inclusion professionals; we tie together traditional business strategy and consulting with research technology and data analysis, develop academic and workplace learning solutions – and bring social purpose to our charitable activities.

We are committed to those who support us to inspire and lead positive social change in Canadian schools, communities and workplaces. Click below to learn more about our charitable initiatives.

See Different - a national education initiative aimed at empowering Canadians to embrace diversity. We work to support students, teachers and administrators in their efforts to build inclusive school communities. Since 2014, we've engaged hundreds of students across Ontario to creatively tackle issues of bullying, intolerance, and exclusion in their communities – both online and off. See Different provides the means for students to effect real change in tangible ways.
