This reality stems from the fact that people are often fearful of using incorrect terminology or remain unfamiliar with the issues faced by racialized colleagues. This series of Community of Practice Events aims to break the silence around the topic of race in the workplace. Conversation for this session will be grounded in theory and the latest research on race.
