We’ll then engage all participants in a brainstorming session on how to leverage your council/committee, and take it to the next level.

About the presenter:

Susan Rogers Susan Rogers is the Chief Client Officer with CCDI. She is is a proactive and respected leader with in-depth and broad experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joiningCCDI, Susan had a 20+ year professional career with Xerox which included several years in sales, marketing, management and human resources. At Xerox, Susan directed and oversaw Diversity & Inclusion nationally to ensure the organization was an employer and supplier of choice through the promotion of the organization to corporate Canada, and through leading the organization in the achievement of numerous forms of external D&I recognition, including being named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Diversity and one of Canada’s Best Employers for New Canadians.
