Diversity on a dime – Durham

Your budget has been slashed, the economy is in a downturn, you’ve had a change in staff. Any of these things can derail your D&I initiatives. What can you do?

This session will focus on how you can keep the momentum going without costing your organization any hard dollars – in other words how to do things on the cheap.

We will share best practices in:

  • Creating multiple champions.
  • Leveraging ERGs & Diversity Councils.
  • Events and initiatives.
  • Learning and development.

Guided discussions are facilitated to analyze a challenge with participants from other organizations, grouped at similar levels in their diversity journey, to share experiences and lessons learned in developing a flourishing diversity strategy on a fixed budget.

Participants will walk away with practical tools to implement inside your organizations to help you keep the momentum going!
