More and more employers recognize the business case for diversity and inclusion and are actively encouraged to hire newcomers into their organizations. However, they often experience some challenges when recruiting and integrating immigrants into their workplaces such as language skills, foreign credentials and work experience. In this session, our diversity and inclusion expert, Susan Rogers, will share with you some tools and knowledge you need to get your organization results.
Where possible, we will co-host this event with a local immigrant focused organization.
This event is for leaders, managers, or designated employees involved or interested in the planning and executing of diversity and equity strategies that may pertain to newcomer integration.
