CCDI Team photo - Renee Bazile-Jones Renée Bazile-Jones is the Director, Client Services for the CCDI. A strategic, results-oriented change leader with a broad scope of business experience, Ms. Bazile-Jones is known in both Canada and the United States for her work in diversity and inclusion management, strategic planning, and the management of change. Renée is an expert on issues of workplace harassment. She has over 30 years of experience working with such Fortune 500 companies as Xerox, AT&T, and Shell Canada, and such public sector organizations as the Ontario Ministry of Government Services, the City of Guelph, and the Peel District School Board.
