Pam Malins is an education and inclusion professional. She began her career as a teacher, and has been teaching for more than 10 years in diverse classrooms ranging from kindergarten through graduate level courses. Her passion for inclusive education led her to research and explore diversity and inclusion in the classroom, resulting in her developing and facilitating curriculum and workshops, presenting at conferences across North America, and becoming published.
She has been an active member of the CCDI team for a number of years now through her volunteer work – primarily in the See Different Program, as well as with the Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIPTM) designation.
In her current role, she engages with employers in the workplace about how to support their diversity and inclusion journey, leveraging a variety of CCDI services.
Pam is certified through the Ontario College of Teachers. She holds a Masters and a PhD in education from Western University
