Legislative support

We help clients manage compliance legislation, implement the tactics and plan for its effects with employees and leadership.

We provide guidance on compliance for some of Canada’s largest employers with specific legislation related to diversity, including:

  • Employment equity.
  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Accessibility for Manitobans Act and other accessibility legislation.
  • Pay equity and other legislation.

We also support those responsible for diversity, equity and inclusion legislation with our Employer Partners with our Employment Equity Practitioners Group, which features online meetings and coaching from CCDI leadership.
