Carmina Ravanera is the Coordinator, Measurement and Analytics for the CCDI. She recently graduated with a Masters in Gender, Development and Globalization from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she studied international development, gender and race issues, and social policy. Carmina is passionate about social justice and is an experienced researcher, writer, and editor. She has most recently worked on research projects on missing and murdered indigenous women in Canada and women’s economic empowerment in rural India. She has also worked with international development NGOs in India and the Philippines.
Carmina is interested in understanding and addressing structural barriers for marginalized groups in Canada and around the world. She is excited to contribute to making Canada a more inclusive place for all peoples to live and work.
