Manager, Research and Knowledge Mobilization

As Manager, Research and Knowledge Mobilization, Preeti is responsible for leading CCDI’s research portfolio. This involves producing educational resources, conducting original research and strategizing ways CCDI can better support the learning needs of diversity and inclusion practitioners across various sectors.

Previous to this role, Preeti lead CCDI’s ‘See Different’ program, a high school diversity and inclusion leadership program. In this role, she managed curriculum development, program facilitation and teacher training. Prior to CCDI, Preeti worked as a Researcher for a higher education policy advisory body. Preeti has extensive experience in qualitative research, as she has contributed and/or lead projects pertaining to inclusive schooling, post-secondary access, teacher education and much more. She is passionate about research and discovering innovative ways to mobilize knowledge into action.

Preeti holds a B.A in Anthropology and Religious Studies from McMaster University and an M.Phil in Education from the University of Cambridge.
