Pablo de Chica is a business and marketing professional specializing in international project management. His career reflects his multicultural and multilingual background, having managed teams, products and services in Canada, the USA and Europe. Pablo has worked for multiple markets and industries, leveraging customers’ insights to overcome any tangible challenge. He is also known for optimizing work performance and communications channels in order to build strong partnerships.
Pablo has extensive expertise in the areas of business development, digital marketing and market research. In his role at CCDI – Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, he brings his analytical and business skills to develop and obtain quantitative and qualitative data for specific measurement tools in the field of diversity, inclusion and intercultural development. An experienced consultant and facilitator, he coordinates stakeholder efforts as well as internal and third-party resources to ensure excellence and flawless execution of the projects.
In his academic approach, Pablo has taught as a university professor, and holds a double BA in Marketing and Advertising & Public Relations at Pompeu Fabra University, Catalonia-Spain, and Master’s in Business – Law, Economy & Management at the European University Centre, France and Luxemburg. He has worked for the EU Institutions and also collaborated with different social entities in the fields of visibility and integration of elderly, inclusion of disabled people and minorities, and sustainable and inclusive urban mobility.
