Wanda is a learning and organizational development professional with more than eight years of academic and corporate experience. She brings to her role expertise in strategic planning, curriculum development, learning solution design, implementation and assessment as well as a wealth of international experience in research, teaching and publishing.
In her previous role as a course designer and instructor at the University of Toronto, Wanda developed and delivered innovative learning experiences leveraging technology to encourage collaborative and social learning.
As Manager, Learning with CCDI she leads the development of the first professional designation for diversity and inclusion practitioners in Canada, which was featured in HR Professional in January 2016. She is also responsible for CCDI’s e-learning services, which include a library of 30-minute courses as well as a very sophisticated one-year diversity and inclusion college program.
As a project manager and learning solution designer, she has been a key resource on several CCDI consulting engagements and has worked with clients in health care, education and engineering. She strives to ensure that CCDI’s clients benefit from the best practices in talent and organizational development.
Wanda has been certified as a Training and Development Professional by the Canadian Institute for Performance and Learning. She holds a Master Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a PhD from the University of Toronto.
