Judy L. Chapman – Program Facilitator

Judy Chapman is a professional diversity and inclusion facilitator and coach who has worked with private, not-for-profit and professional organizations in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Barbados. She is dedicated to improving the motivation and productivity of people who work in a changing and demanding marketplace.

She has provided training on a variety of topics including diversity and inclusion, recruitment, team building, management development and policy/manual authorship. She has specialized in adult education and the broad spectrum of training and development from strategy to design, delivery and evaluation.

During her career, Judy demonstrated her ability to be flexible to client needs in virtually every industry sector at all organizational levels, including unionized environments. Judy’s consultancy included 6+ years with Humber College as an instructor and advisor in the School of Health Sciences.

Here clients have included the Scarborough Hospital, Toyota Canada, Ontario Public Service, Bank of Canada, Compaq/Hewlett Packard, Windsor Casino, Antarès Sellier Custom Saddles France, Bell Canada and Johnson & Johnson.

She is known for her ability to create a dynamic and challenging environment based on knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and compassion.
