Many Canadians are starting to have a better understanding of gender identity and expression. With the passing of Bill C-16 in 2017, trans and gender non-conforming people are now protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. But what does it mean to have a gender inclusive workplace?

For this webinar, we will look at the discussion from the employer’s perspective and share promising practices for creating inclusive workplaces for people from all genders.

Please note that registration for the webinar will close at 4 p.m. ET, one business day before the event.
