This webinar will build on the conversation from our January 2021 webinar 'Safe spaces for dialogue: Encouraging authenticity in the workplace' and CCDI’s summer 2021 Community of Practice sessions on 'Safe and brave spaces'. The webinar will provide a brief snapshot of key concepts around safe and brave spaces; however, a majority of hour will be dedicated to conflict resolution from an intercultural competence lens within safe/brave spaces.
