Anne-Marie Marcotte is dedicated to human issues, which improve practices, develop skills and enhance cohesion between strategic and operational management. She holds a degree in International Management. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources-CPHR (CRHA) and specializes in Diversity & Inclusion, Mobilization and Engagement, and Project Management. Relying on her experience, both in the para-public and private sector in Canada and abroad, she analyses complex issues, identifies successful conditions for long-range effects, and initiates practical and cost-effective solutions. As part of her current research in the field of work relations, she is interested in leveraging diversity and inclusion best practices to mobilize and engage employees, members and partners. She has been collaborating with the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion for several years in different professional roles. She now moderates webinars in French.
