Anu Yogeswaran has been a top rated people manager for 5 years. Her ability to work with Generation Y, Millenials, Generation X and Baby boomers across the world spanning from Canada to US to Europe and India has established her as a unique cultural manager who identifies ways to make work meaningful by bringing one's whole self to work. Inclusion is an integral value that she fosters in her team through training and team building exercises. Anu has worked in the Telecom, HR Outsourcing and Financial Services industry as a Development lead, Project Manager and People Manager. Her various roles gave her insights into effectively working with a multitude of personalities.
While working full time, Anu also is an avid volunteer. She recently was a Board of Director to an organization whose mandate is to provide visible minority communities with a platform to network, develop and be mentored resulting in better career prospects. She has also been focused on Youth Leadership and partnered with various organizations like Centre for Leadership and Innovation, Ylabs, Learning Partnership and Junior Achievement to train youth about Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Core communication skills that will help set the youth up for success in the Future of Work. As a mother and ambitious career woman, Anu is a fan of Sheryl Sandberg and is constantly finding ways to empower other women and inspire them to effectively manage career and family life.
