Angelin leads the CCDI Consulting team in conducting large-scale inclusivity assessments for employers across Canada. She provides coaching for executives on intercultural competence and helps employers on their diversity and inclusion journey by developing data-driven strategies with measurable goals. Angelin also speaks on a variety of topics related to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
Angelin brings over eight years of experience in working with experts in law and human resources to develop and deliver educational content with a special focus on EDI programs. Prior to joining CCDI, she was a Professional Development Lawyer at the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) where she regularly consulted with diversity and inclusion thought leaders and lawyers from equity-seeking groups. Angelin lead the development of the OBA’s Inclusive Leader Series, which was designed to reduce systemic barriers for diverse lawyers and accelerate a culture shift in the legal profession and justice system.
She holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham and a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto.
