Coordinator, Measurement and Analytics
In her role as Coordinator, Measurements and Analytics, Danika assists with the analysis of data from the Diversity Census Tool (DCT).
Danika has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative analyses, technical report writing as well as proposal coordination. Danika holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida and a Bachelor in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She is a former Eisenhower Transportation Fellow (U.S. Department of Transportation) and has completed research on gender differences surrounding transit. She is also passionate about conducting research that informs policy implementation geared towards improving the efficiency of service delivery at private and public institutions. Danika has been actively involved in her community though NGO’s focused on environmental sustainability, racial equality and the advancement of women’s rights within society.
Danika is dedicated to analysing the impact of current public and private policies with the goal of augmenting their design and application in order to improve the status of marginalized groups across Canada and the developing world.
