Jackson Enoh's multicultural exposure enables him to understand the role of diversity and inclusion in driving sustainable development within organizations. He has been involved with several studies that examined how Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM) practices impact Organizational Behavior.
He joins CCDI as a professional whose panoramic perspectives equip him with what it takes to deconstruct dominant narratives. By partnering with several interest groups, he intends to integrate his insight into promoting the design and implementation of more organizational practices that empower various stakeholders to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Jackson holds a Master of Science Degree in Management (Human Resources Management & Labour Relations) from the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge, Canada, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (International Business) from Vaasa University of Applied Sciences, Finland.
