Senior Manager, Partner Relations, (Atlantic Canada)
As a member of the Partner Relations Team with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, Lisa Rogers is responsible for building and managing relationships with CCDI’s Employee Partners in Atlantic Canada.
Lisa is a resourceful professional with a diverse set of skills stemming from her experience in marketing, sales, insurance and, most recently, supply chain. Originally from Ontario, Lisa spent eight years with a manufacturer managing relationships with clients and retailers and playing an integral part in customizing marketing campaigns. She later went on to join Desjardins Insurance as an auto and commercial underwriter, where she had the opportunity to co-lead multiple company initiatives. During her time with Desjardins, Lisa also completed her Toastmasters’ Competent Communicator Certification.
Lisa moved to New Brunswick three years ago and began her career with Irving, where she recently held a role in Deployment and led initiatives with their Fort Edward, NY site.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto. During her time at UofT, Lisa was an active member of the UofT Portuguese Association, leading the outreach programs and later becoming the V.P. of the association.
When Lisa is not working, she enjoys travelling, running, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
