Office Administrator

Luci Ribeiro-Morgan has a professional designation in facilities management and a degree in office design. With over 30 years’ experience in administration and office services, she brings a wide range of insights and best practices to her role at CCDI.

Her career began in Montreal, supporting the Social Services department at one of the City’s public school boards. In the ‘80s, after a year travelling in Europe, Luci decided to go back to school. The next seven years included bouts attending college, burning the midnight oil and short-term assignments at several of Montreal’s top commercial law firms.

Graduation coincided with one of Canada’s severest recessions. With the job market in turmoil, she opted to take on a full-time position with one of her law-firm clients. Fast-forward and Luci is on a Via Rail train to visit family in Toronto when she meets her now husband, Ross. Long love story short, she took the plunge and transferred to the Commercial Law department of her firm’s Bay St location in Toronto.

Later, Luci worked at a dot.com company setting up their Toronto and Chicago offices for a boutique valuation and litigation support practice, and in communications and stakeholder relations with international pharmaceutical companies. Before joining CCDI, she was with one of the Big 4 international accounting firms where she led a team of administrative and facilities services providers at three of her firm’s GTA locations.

Luci’s recent volunteer efforts include The 519, Not Far from the Tree and the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program. She is delighted to be a part of the CCDI team helping address diversity and inclusion in Canadian workplaces.
