Manager, IT Service Management
In her role as Manager, IT Service Management, Mekhala is responsible for survey delivery, providing solutions for IT issues and quality assurance on the Diversity Census Tool. She is also responsible for testing of new features and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues to ensure all systems are operational for CCDI team.
She has an extensive experience in software development, quality assurance & support of .Net and SharePoint technology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, from Anna University, India. She has developed solutions for banking and health care sectors in her former organization.
Mekhala also holds a license as Financial Advisor, providing financial solutions for families. She assists her husband in administration and development of their restaurant. In her spare time, she loves to cook new recipes, watch movies, hang out with family and friends.
