Michelle Gibson-Morgan plays a leading role in consulting projects including conducting research, analyzing data, managing client relationships, and providing recommendations based on global benchmarks and best practices in diversity and inclusion.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Adult Education (distinction) from Brock University and a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Spanish and International Relations from the University of the West Indies. She also holds the Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) and Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designations. She is a member of the Change Management Institute - Canada and the Institute for Performance and Learning.
Michelle brings 15 years of expertise in learning, talent development and client relationship management. She has facilitated workshops on diversity, equity and inclusion in recruiting/hiring processes, cultural competence in the workplace, and its relationship to collaborative workplaces that allow persons to achieve their full potential. She believes that diversity and inclusion best practices allow organizations to thrive.
Outside of work, Michelle supports various charitable causes, writes blogs about talent, leadership and learning as well as listens to audiobooks. Also, she mentors internationally educated professionals to help them integrate into the Canadian workforce.
