Michelle Gibson-Morgan is a Woman of Inspiration™ Awards 2021 Nominee. At CCDI, Michelle plays plays a leading role in consulting projects including conducting research, analyzing data, managing client relationships, and providing recommendations based on global benchmarks and best practices in diversity and inclusion. She is also a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to debrief cultural competence results.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Adult Education (distinction) from Brock University and a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Spanish and International Relations from the University of the West Indies. She also holds the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), the Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) and the Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designations. She is a member of the Change Management Institute - Canada and the Institute for Performance and Learning. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Education degree.
Michelle brings over 17 years of expertise in learning and performance, leadership development, talent management, change management and client relationship management to the sphere of diversity and inclusion. In her work, she emphasizes diversity, equity and inclusion in recruiting, career advancement processes, invisible dimensions of diversity and cultural competence in the workplace. She believes that diversity and inclusion best practices allow persons to achieve their full potential and organizations to thrive.
Outside of work, Michelle supports various charitable causes, writes blogs about talent, leadership and learning as well as listens to audiobooks. Also, she mentors internationally educated professionals to help them integrate into the Canadian workforce.
