Project Manager, Project Management Office
Nadia Gharrak joins the Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion with over 11 years’ experience in the automotive sector. Over her career, she has held progressive roles in retail marketing, business re-engineering and operational excellence. In her role as Project manager with CCDI, Nadia is responsible for managing the resources and logistics of a variety of consulting projects.
Nadia is a certified Project Management Professional and holds two master’s degrees: A Master of Mechanical engineering from ENSEM in Morocco and a master’s degree in services marketing management from IAE Gustave Eiffel in France. She has completed several other professional development activities related to business management. Through several breakthrough projects in a company prone to process improvement and re-engineering besides change management in operations, she has gained in experience and expertise in customer service.
Nadia is passionate about project management, data analysis and problem solving and looks forward to using her skills to guide our partners through complex mid- and long-term projects to promote inclusiveness and diversity within their workplaces.
In her free time, besides partaking in association activities, she enjoys reading, spending quality time during outdoor activities as well as participating in several 10k running events.
