Pam began her work with CCDI as a volunteer in 2015 – primarily supporting the See Different education program as well as the Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIPTM) designation. In her current role, she engages with employers in the workplace about how to support their diversity and inclusion journey, leveraging a variety of CCDI learning solutions, including training workshops.
She began her career as a teacher, certified through the Ontario College of Teachers in all divisions, and has been teaching for more than 12 years in diverse classrooms at both the elementary and secondary level. Her passion for inclusive education led her to research and explore diversity and inclusion in the classroom and obtain a PhD in education from Western University. She is a published author, has presented at various conferences across North America, and is a part-time instructor and research assistant at Western University.
Pam is a social individual who enjoys quality time with friends, travel, and her two cats.
