Patrice is capable, determined, confident and a well-organized business administrator with extensive experience in supporting mid and senior-level executives and directors by providing them with high level consistent administrative support. Patrice is a highly approachable individual with a pleasant attitude and a willingness to make a positive mark.

Patrice has demonstrated ability to maintain the workflow of the office by insuring that all systems are in place and running appropriately. She has first-hand experience in organizing and scheduling appointments and planning details of meetings as well as competent in acting as a sole point of contact for both external and internal agencies and clients.

Her professional skills and areas of expertise are: report reconciliation, calendar management, bookkeeping support, inventory management, banking relations, outreach activities, scheduling, correspondence handling, documentation as well as departmental coordination.

Patrice is passionate about social justice and is happy to be working with a group of individuals who are passionate about working to make Canada a diverse and inclusive place to live and work.
