Tamara Glasgow-Cox is a Manager, Partner Services at CCDI, with over 15 years experience functioning as a Senior Human Resource Professional, with notable success in strategic human resource policy formulation, operational leadership and hands-on program execution within the private and public sectors. Her career is underpinned by an unwavering passion for delivering on organizational strategic imperatives by nurturing and maximizing optimal outcomes through talent, complemented by recruiting and retaining the most able people drawn from the broadest spectrum of thought, skills and background.
Tamara has successfully led organizational change initiatives (cultural, structural and technological), using people data to develop supporting training programs, reinforced by the use of relevant behavioral and cognitive assessment tools. She strongly espouses the belief that organizations are brought to life through people and as such, an organization’s attainment of its corporate mandate is enhanced by identifying and removing systemic and cultural impediments which hinder access to opportunity in the workplace.
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Psychology, Tamara has a specialized approach to maximizing organizational performance by assessing individual, group and organizational dynamics and using that research to identify solutions to problems that improve the well-being and performance of the team of an organization and its employees.
Tamara is a devoted wife and mother of two wonderful children and in her downtime enjoys dance and crafting.
