Wanda joins the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion with over nine years of experience in the education and corporate sector.
As a learning and development professional she brings to her role a passion and expertise in learning strategy, instructional design and curriculum development as well as a wealth of international experience in research, teaching and publishing. As a Director of Learning with CCDI, Wanda provides learning consulting services to clients across a multitude of sectors and leads the development of forward-thinking learning solutions (eLearning, instructor-led training, blended programs, certificates) that support the creation of inclusive workplaces.
Wanda has been certified as a Training and Development Professional (CTDP) by the Canadian Institute for Performance and Learning. She holds a Master Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a PhD from the University of Toronto.
In her free time she likes to go to the ballet, read dystopian novels and chat on Skype with friends and family overseas.
