Senior Director, Learning
Youmna Saikali’s interest in diversity and inclusion started at a personal level: having lived and worked in several countries and environments, she couldn’t but be fascinated by what she observed in her day-to-day interactions with people. Her professional experience in organizational development melded seamlessly with her passion for D&I, allowing her to have an impact on those she works with, generate awareness and help others.
Youmna is an excellent leadership coach, facilitator and experienced project manager with extensive international experience, people skills and technical awareness that she successfully links to development programs. She has collaborated with Fortune 500, TSX and LSE traded companies as well as with governmental bodies in North America and the Middle East. She has been working in adult learning and development since 2004, creating and implementing human capital development training programs and workshops for over 15 years. She has motivated and mentored teams of all sizes on a wide variety of topics ranging from diversity, inclusion and leadership to communication and project management.
Youmna is eternally curious; she is constantly learning and likes to understand “why”. This has resulted in a peripatetic lifestyle, where she relocates regularly to experience life and people in different places.
