Iryna Soluk-Figol is a manager of a Spiritual Care Department at Sinai Health System in Toronto, ON. As a clinician, Iryna worked in multiple clinical settings, with special interest in psychiatry, trauma and resiliency. In her leadership position she is passionate about ensuring that spiritual aspects of human experience are respected, valued and included in a healthcare setting. Focusing on creating a system of service delivery to patients, caregivers and staff that recognizes the importance of spiritual and religious practice.

Iryna is a Ukrainian immigrant, proud to call Canada her home. She is a mother and speaks four languages.
