Who is eligible?
The VILT is available to any individual person or member of the public seeking personal and professional development on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
I am not interested in all the courses or in a certificate but there are a few courses I would like to take. Can I select any course/ any combination of courses?
This program has been designed to suit your judgement and convenience. You can pick and choose any course you like. We do recommend that you complete the Diversity and inclusion fundamentals and Unconscious bias courses before enrolling in the Level 2.0 courses.
What certificate programs are available and at what cost?
There are three certificate programs being offered. In addition to the courses outlined for each certificate, there will be pre-course and post-course work to complete.

I am currently in the process of becoming a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP)? Do you recommend that I enroll?
We recommend this program for anyone looking to complete the CCIP. It is highly robust and can help complement, accelerate, and optimize your CCIP competencies.
What is the unique value proposition?
This is a learning development opportunity which was previously unavailable to individuals. The current climate and growing culture of working from home has made it timely and essential to deliver this offering on a person-to-person basis.
For how long will the courses run?
The course will run for six weeks each.
I work for an Employer Partner (EP) organization. Do I get a discount?
No. We do not currently offer Employer Partner discounts on individual open enrollment certificate courses and programs. Employer Partners interested in the certificate program should send their questions firstname.lastname@example.org.
In what languages are the courses available?
Courses are currently only available in English.
