The Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of CCDI is currently seeking nominations to join the CCDI Board of Directors. In this capacity, directors will be responsible for oversight of CCDI’s activities, exercising your duty of diligence and care to ensure CCDI achieves its strategic, financial, and operational objectives, while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
CCDI is seeking to add three independent directors to its board as follows:
The ideal candidates would have demonstrated ability working both at a strategic and senior level with private, public sector or non-profits in those respects fields. The candidates will also possess sound decision making and an understanding of and experience with governance and leadership, particularly with a not-for-profit or charity.
