2SLGBTQI+ experiences have been at the core of diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations for a while. There’s still a lot of work to be done to promote efficient workplace inclusion. Queerphobia still exists and a deficient sexuality education reinforces a hegemonic, colonial, and binary misunderstanding of Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities and Expressions. This webinar we will talk about how to navigate inclusion for the 2SLGBTQI+ community in the workplace and beyond.

Audience/Level: This is an intermediate level webinar for those wishing to learn more about supporting 2SLGBTQI+ inclusion.
