Level/Audience: General Audience 1.0
Presentation by: Loreli Buenaventura
Most successful people have had a sponsor, whether they knew it or not. The difference between a sponsor and a mentor is that a mentor is someone who talks to you, and a sponsor is someone who talks about you. So, what makes a good sponsor? And what should an individual do to get a sponsor, and what does that protégé need to do to ensure they have a successful relationship with their sponsor?
This webinar will examine the topic of sponsorship broadly, and will provide promising practices for what makes a successful relationship between sponsor and protégé.
