Are you interculturally competent? What does that even mean? Intercultural competence (also called cultural competence) is the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with people of other cultures. With Canada’s ethno-racial makeup changing daily, being interculturally competent has never been more important.
This webinar will introduce intercultural competence, including an understanding of the concept, and tips and tricks that individuals can action themselves to move toward being more interculturally competent.
