Talking about mental health is hot button topic. Initiatives like Bell Let’s Talk have succeeded in bringing the topic out of the shadows and into the mainstream conversation. According to CAMH, “in any given year, one in five Canadians experiences a mental health or addiction problem” and “by the time Canadians reach 40 years of age, one in two have – or have had – a mental illness.” Yet, only “50 per cent of Canadians would tell friends or co-workers that they have a family member with a mental illness, compared to 72 per cent who would discuss a diagnosis of cancer and 68 per cent who would talk about a family member having diabetes.”

Please note that registration for the webinar will close at 4 p.m. ET, one business day before the event.
