Kai Scott enjoys exploring and solving organizational challenges related to gender. He is a senior social scientist educated in the field of International Development with over 10 years’ experience. He uses his skills and inquisitive nature to solve and address gender issues in organizations. His evidence-based approaches combine quantitative and qualitative tools. This may include innovative assembly of user-generated information, stakeholder engagements, and/or spatial analyses. These data are used to get an accurate picture of what is happening, what is possible, and how to move to the next level.
The process entails meeting organizations where they are and engaging in transparent decision-making processes. This allows diverse stakeholders to maximize buy in and cooperation at all levels of the organization. Some of the organization’s fundamental and persistent issues are unlocked through this process.
