Jassmin Nicoloff (She, her)

Jassmin Nicoloff joined CCDI’s Partner Relations Team as the Business Development Manager. Jassmin is responsible for creating and executing on a sales strategy with a focus on Employer Partners and sponsorship sales for CCDI’s annual conference and other initiatives.

Born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, Jassmin moved to Toronto for nearly a decade where she embraced the city’s vibrant multiculturism through trying different culture’s cuisine, meeting new diverse people and spending time in dynamic communities. Jassmin has now settled in one of Canada’s most diverse economies and waterfall capital of the world, Hamilton, where she enjoys spending time with her partner, family, friends and two dogs.

Jassmin is an experienced Business Developer, driven by a passion for building authentic relationships, she takes pride in strategic sales planning that supports sustainable financial growth for CCDI while helping employers and practitioners to effectively address the full picture of diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace.
