Tina Leduc (She, her)

Manager and Team Lead, Partner Relations

Tina Leduc joins CCDI with over fifteen years of professional experience in client services and membership engagement.

Born and raised in a small francophone community in Northeastern Ontario, Tina made her way to Toronto, the most multicultural city in the world, to expand her worldview. Through her personal and professional network, she quickly immersed herself in culture and diverse communities. While volunteering as an events coordinator at a community centre, she obtained a postgraduate certificate in Event Management and Exhibit Design from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Over a decade later with a family of her own, Tina returned to her hometown where she secured a position with a national non-for-profit in the informal science engagement and science communication sector. During her seven years as Manager of Membership Services and Communications, Tina helped expand the association's membership model and increased the impact of their annual conference. She also helped to streamline communication and marketing efforts, all while centering each in diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility standards and strategies.

Tina considers herself a lifelong learner. Most recently she obtained a graduate certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College. Whether it be registering for a course, exploring new regions, or reading a thought-provoking book, she actively engages in personal and professional development that deepens her learning in the areas of social justice, civil rights, and human rights.
