Suchita Bali (She, her)

Suchita Bali (she/her), became the Manager of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism at Health Sciences North (HSN) in June 2023. She is passionate about advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism and contributes both lived and professional experiences to this role. 

Suchita holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in computer science and commerce from Laurentian University. With determination, she established HSN's first DEIA committee to support systemic initiatives, including cultural safety, diversity training and education, and related policies. 

Her career at HSN began as a Web and Social Media Specialist in 2017. She managed the intranet portal, the website, and social media channels. In 2022, She began a new role as a Project Manager for Electronic Medical Record at the Digital Health Project Management Office.
