Q: How much are tickets for the general public?

A: $500 + $9.50 transaction fee = $509.50 total per pass. This fee covers both days of the conference, March 1 & 2, 2023.

 

Q: I'm a CCDI Employer Partner, how many complimentary passes do we receive?

A: One-Year Employer Partners receive 4 passes. Three-Year Employer Partners receive 6 passes. If you are not sure of your organization’s level, please contact your Partner Relations Manager or [email protected].

 

Q: How do I become an Employer Partner?

Q: I am an Employer Partner and want to purchase additional tickets. How do I do that?

A: Along with your promo code for your complimentary passes, there is another code to purchase additional tickets with a 15% discount ($500 less 15% discount). Please use this code to register for additional guests.

 

Q: How do I redeem my complimentary pass as an Employer Partner?

A: Your organization’s primary contacts who manage the partnership were emailed a promo code that you can use during the registration process.

 

Q: I didn't receive the promo code, what should I do?

A: Primary contacts from your organization will receive the promo code. If the codes were not received by those individuals, please contact your Partner Relations Manager or [email protected],

 

REGISTRATION

Q: How do I register for the unConference?

A: Click the following link and follow the steps on the webpage to register and individual for the event: https://pheedloop.com/unconference2023/site/home/.

*Note that employees of Employer Partner organizations using their complimentary passes must register using their work email address in order for the promo code to work.

 

Q: How will I receive my ticket after registering?

A: You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket/log-in information to access the conference within 30 minutes of registering. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders.

 

Q: I registered and I didn’t get my confirmation email. What do I do now?

A: If you didn’t receive your confirmation email in your inbox or spam/junk folders within 30 minutes of registering, please reach out to [email protected].

 

Q: Can I register for more than one guest?

A: Yes. After completing your first registration, logout and log back into the registration page. Be sure to use the guest’s email address and enter your promo code again. You must repeat this step for each individual you are registering.

 

Q: Can I send our promo code to my guests, and they register themselves?

A: Yes. Ensure registrants use their work email address when registering.

 

Q: Do all complimentary passes available on the promo code have to be registered at the same time?

A: No, not necessary to register all at the same time. Registration for multiple passes can be completed in separate sessions (one ticket at a time). However, in order to register multiple passes at the same time, log out, and then complete the next registration.

 

Q: What is the deadline to register?

A: Thursday February 23, 2023.

 

Q: Can I transfer my pass to another person once I’ve registered? 

A: Yes, please contact [email protected] with your request.  Include your name, email address and organization in the email.

 

Q: How can I get a refund? 

A: Please contact [email protected] and provide a copy of your ticket invoice. Include your name, email address and organization in the email.     

 

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE/LOGISTICS

Q: Is this a virtual or in person conference?

A: This conference will be 100% virtual.

 

Q: What is the date and time of the conference?

A: This is a two-day conference taking place on March 1 & 2, 2023. The conference times are 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET on both dates.

 

Q: Is the content on each day different or the same?

A: There will be different content presented on each day of the conference.

Q: Can I register for individual sessions or just one day?

A: While we highly recommend attending the full conference, if you are not able to attend the full conference across both days, please feel free to attend the sessions you are able to. Your ticket will allow you access into all sessions across both days so you can come and go as you please.

 

Q: I have accessibility needs, what should I do to have them accommodated?

A: You may identify accessibility requirements during the registration process. Accessibility features in the conference platform may be accessed using the “accessibility button” (black circle with a stylized representation of a person) on the bottom right corner of the screen. Note: This button cannot be accessed by the keyboard, only by the mouse.

Q: Will the UnConference be offered in English and French?

A: This is a fully bilingual event. There will be a mix of sessions presented in either English or French with live translation for all sessions and keynotes.

 

Q: Will the conference be recorded and available for Employer Partners thereafter?

A: Conference (plenary) sessions will be recorded and available for registered attendees for a limited time after the event. Instructions will be sent out to attendees after the event. The Roundtables will not be recorded.

 

Q: Will I have to download a specific platform for the conference?

A: No, the event platform will be accessible from an internet browser.

Q: Do I need to read or prepare anything for CCDI UnConference?

A: The conference should be accessible to anyone, whether you are relatively new to diversity, equity and inclusion, or experienced. Roundtable formats will have a mix of topics and hosts that provide value to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
