Q. How much are tickets for the general public?

A. The cost of the General pass is $500 which includes Eventbrite fees. The cost of the General pass covers both days of the conference, March 5 and 6, 2025. Please note the Eventbrite ticketing fees (3.5% + $1.29 per ticket) are non-refundable.

Q. I work for an Employer Partner organization of CCDI, how many complimentary passes do we receive?

A. One-year Employer Partners receive four passes. Three-year Employer Partners receive 10 passes.

Q. How do I redeem my complimentary passes as an Employer Partner?

A. Your organization’s designated primary contacts who manage the Employer Partner program are emailed a promo code that you can use during the registration process to redeem these passes. If you are not sure who your organization’s primary contacts are, please contact [email protected].

Q. I didn't receive the promo code, what should I do?

A. Primary contacts from your organization will receive the promo code. If the codes were not received by those individuals, please contact your Partner Relations Manager or [email protected]

Q. I am an Employer Partner and want to purchase additional tickets. How do I do that?

A. Along with your promo code for your complimentary passes, there is another code to purchase additional tickets depending on your agreement level:

  • One-year Employer Partners receive a 15% discount ($500 less 15% discount)
  • Three-year Employer Partners receive a 50% discount ($500 less 50% discount).

This code is sent to your organization’s primary contacts. Please use this code to register for additional passes.

Q. How do I become an Employer Partner?

Q. What is the Early Bird Pass?

A. The Early Bird Pass is a limited time offer available to anyone wishing to experience CCDI UnConference 2025 at a discounted rate of $299. This pass includes the same access as the General Pass and is available for purchase by anyone. Please note that promotional codes cannot be applied to this pass. Register early to take advantage of this offer!

 

Registration

Q. How do I register for the UnConference?

*Note: If you are using a promo code, please type the code in manually to avoid any errors that can occur when copying and pasting.

Q. How will I receive my ticket after registering?

A. You will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected] as a receipt of purchase. Please note the link to access the event with instructions will be emailed to you separately via Zoom closer to the event date in March 2025. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders for all emails related to CCDI UnConference 2025.

Q. I registered and I didn’t get my confirmation email. What do I do now?

A. If you did not receive your order confirmation email in your inbox or spam/junk folders within 30 minutes of registering, please reach out to [email protected].

Q. Can I register for individual sessions or just one day?

A. While we highly recommend attending the full conference, if you are not able to attend the full conference across both days, please feel free to attend the sessions you are able to. Your ticket will allow you access into all sessions across both days so you can come and go as you please.

Q. Can I send our promo code to my guests, and they register themselves?

A. Yes. Please have them refer to the following instructions here. Please note that if the code has been used more than the allotted amount, it will not work.

Q. Do all complimentary passes available on the promo code have to be registered at the same time?

A. No, it is not necessary to register all at the same time. Registration for multiple passes can be completed in separate sessions (one ticket at a time).

If you are buying multiple tickets in the same order:

NOTE: Only the buyer receives the order confirmation email. Other registrants will receive a claim your order notification email confirming they are registered. No further action is required, registrants will receive Zoom access in March 2025.

To provide all registrants with messaging about the event and the option to add the event to their calendar, ensure the buyer forwards the order confirmation email.

Q. What is the deadline to register?

A. Registration for the live event will close on Monday March 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Due to the high level of planning and our commitment to providing a smooth user experience for those who have registered for the event, we will not be accepting registrations after the deadline.

Q: Can I transfer my pass to another person once I’ve registered? 

A: Yes, please send an email to [email protected] with your request no later than Tuesday March 4, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET.  Include the name, email address and organization of both parties in the email.

Q: How can I get a refund? 

A: All sales are final, and registration fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply for errors in applying promotional codes or extenuating circumstances at CCDI’s sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than Tuesday March 4, 2025 at 12 p.m. ET. Q. Is this a virtual or in person conference?

A. This conference will be 100% virtual.

Q. Will the CCDI UnConference be offered in English and French?

A. There will be a mix of sessions with presentations in either English or French. Live simultaneous interpretation and live captioning will be available in both languages.

Q. What is the date and time of the conference?

A. This is a two-day conference taking place on March 5 and 6, 2025. The conference times are 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on both dates.

Virtual event platform

Q: I have accessibility needs. What should I do to have them accommodated?

A: You may identify any accessibility requirements during the registration process using the “Accessibility requirements” field or email [email protected] for assistance.

The event will be held on Zoom Events, and instructions will be provided closer to the event date. Click here to access Zoom’s Accessibility FAQs. Live captioning and live interpretation will be available in both languages through Zoom and Wordly to ensure users can access captions through their preferred device.

Q. What technical considerations should I note in advance of the conference to be ready for the event?

A. You will receive an email with instructions and a guide to access the conference platform, Zoom Events, two days before the event. We recommend logging in ahead of the event to do the following:

  • Test your audio, video, and Wi-Fi connection.
  • If you will be accessing the event while connected to your organization’s network, your access may be restricted by network security measures. Please log in ahead of time to test your access and consult with your organization’s IT support team for a resolution if necessary.
  • For the best experience, please access the event using a desktop or laptop computer.

Q. Will I have to download a specific platform for the conference?

A. To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend that all attendees have access to a Zoom account and download the Zoom desktop client. The event will be held on Zoom Events, which can be accessed via the Zoom desktop client, the Zoom mobile app, or a web browser. For more information, please visit the Zoom Support page here. You will receive access to Zoom Events with instructions two days before the event.

Q. Who should I contact if I have technical issues on the day of the event?

A. You will be provided with instructions on how to access the platform and troubleshooting information for common technical issues two days before the event. Q. Do I need to read or prepare anything for CCDI UnConference?

A. The conference should be accessible to anyone, whether you are relatively new to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility or experienced. You may visit the event page to learn more about the sessions and featured speakers.

Q. Who can attend the UnConference?

A. Our immersive and collaborative conference encourages people with an interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) as well as diversity professionals to break away from the boredom of traditional conferences with a high degree of participation – perfect for those who value learning, sharing, and networking with peers and colleagues across industries.

Q. Will the conference be recorded and available for registrants?

A. The Conference sessions will be recorded and can be accessed for 90 days after the event for all registrants. Recordings can only be accessed through the virtual event platform, Zoom Events, and all registrants will be notified after the event when the recordings become available.
